Registration fees

• Full Registration: 700 Euros
• Student: 600 Euros
• Non-Euralimms members: 850 euros
• Private company: 950 euros

The registration fees include summer school materials, coffee break refreshments, lunches, dinners and accomodation. Double room (two separate beds per room) will be by default for students. For CNRS employees, registration fees will be directly covered by CNRS.

A selection process will be performed with a number of slots available per country. Slight adjustment of the registration fees may be done depending on the applicants types. Registration informations will be communicated after abstract selection.

VISA Requirement

All persons entering France must have a valid passport. In addition, persons from certain countries must obtain a valid visa before entering France. If you need VISA to enter France, please write us an email.
